Unfortunately my confident post about deleting certain programmes to get this laptop back to work was premature. The bloody thing has hardly worked at all and I haven't been able to get on-line!

I have now deleted a lot more but I think I'll have to look for another laptop/reinstall. I do apologise to everyone I RPG with.
